I'm still trying to figure out how to use this blog thing.
I wanted to compare when I was fitness wise when I finished my training for my run last year,
compare to me starting running again after me being off for 3 months. I am trying to track how much my fitness fell off. I can tell a lot, hopefully I can track myself gaining my fitness back.
